The facts about my experience with George Singer:

  • I entered into a Construction Contract with George Singer Home Builder, LLC, guaranteed personally by George E. Singer, individually, to build my house on June 5, 2003.
  • The construction was to be completed within 12 months.
  • George Singer was not able to keep to his promised construction schedule.
  • George Singer left the job in November, 2004 (17 months).
  • The constuction was far from being completed (the above photo was taken in December, 2004).
  • George Singermisappropriated funds that had been paid to him for the specific purpose of paying his subcontractors.
  • George Singer left me with over $100,000.00 of mechanics' lien claims filed against my home.
  • George Singerleft me with an uncompleted home, defective work, unpaid subcontractors, mechanics's liens, and he did not honor his warranty in the contract to repair all the defective work he left behind.
  • Judgment has been entered against George Singer d/b/a George Singer Home Builder and George Singer Home Builder, L.L.C. in the amount of $545,967.20, plus interest at 8.25% compounded annually from the date of judgment.
  • Damages awarded included breach of contract, damages for continuing repairs/additional work to complete, failure to deliver property free and clear of liens,  FRAUD AND BREACHES OF FIDUCIARY DUTY.
  • The last known address for George Singeris 1410 Meadow Parkway, San Marcus, Texas  78667, but he moves around, having also lived in Austin and Florida.
